The participants will receive a certificate of attendance or attendance plus presentation of contribution, accordingly.

There will be simultaneous translation for plenary sessions with invited speakers when necessary. All other presentations will be in Spanish or Portuguese.

For the Communications, each speaker will be allowed a maximum of 30 minutes including questions. A number of resources will be available and they must be requested at the moment of registration. These are: overhead projectors; data displays; Windows PC's and Macintosh for demonstrations of software; video recorders for VHS and BETA formats and NTSC or PAL system; connection to LAN and/or to the Internet.

There will be a room for testing presentations or software prior to the session. There will be also a room or more with connection to the Internet, whose schedule will be announced on time.

The Demonstration and Poster sessions will be in certain areas and during specified hours. Each presenter must bring the materials needed for that; the organization will provide only the space and basic resources - as mentioned.
